👀 2nd Channel YouTube funnel

Starting his highlights channel More Hormozi is paying dividends for Alex Hormozi who claims this channel is earning more attributed revenue from clients than his main channel.

So video extracts from a long form video (think ... Lives, seminars, zoom calls) with low views but laser focussed on for example a plumbing business hits the mark with that audience - and creates more revenue overall.

The second channel is more of a pick and mix with lots of CTA's in the descriptions and videos can be discovered direct or people are sent there form the main channel videos to move up the funnel.

So these business owners followed Hormozi's method and here is their breakdown of how it worked for them 👇

🎬 Cut the flab

I have been working on a secret YouTube project.

What I have discovered is you can breathe life into an underperforming video by cutting it inside YouTube.

So let's say your Average Percentage Viewed is poor eg. under 20% (which effects how much YT will show your video) and people are dropping off early or at a certain point in your video you may think "Damn! Why did I l keep that bit in when I edited it"

Well lesson learned for next time, but you can go into your video in YouTube Studio then to Editor, then Trim and Cut and slice out portions, review the edits by playing the video inside the Editor before saving it.

No need to reupload and to destroy your existing views, you can retain viewers longer with your already published video!

So say you chop out 15 seconds of boring stuff near the top you will keep people watching a greater percentage of your video.

It can be tricky with audio, so you need to find a clean trim point that doesn't make the music jump or clip any words but it is possible with patience.

Once edited your views may slow as YT figures out what's going on but they will pick up again.

💵 Process videos: The before and after

I have not used this app called ThirdFrame but it struck me as handy for some niches. You only need to take a few photos during a process and it fills in the gaps and creates an eye catching video to attract leads.
