I have got to commend this video from The Pickleball Guy which pops up at the top of the rankings, and has 2.7m views - so clearly he is doing something right. Yes, a lot of effort has gone into this video, but it's a pillar piece of content that will bring him new subscribers (and revenue) for years. You can learn from it, whatever your niche.
